About The Centre

Founded in 2017 in the Scottish Highlands by Meira, the Starlight Centre of Excellence is a place where Eastern wisdom meets modern technology, and where natural healing is woven into the rhythm of daily life.

Nestled near the Moray Firth, the Centre offers a serene environment of pine forests, flower gardens, and open fields, home to horses, alpacas, sheep, and other gentle animals. Visitors are welcomed into a loving community that lives in harmony with nature — caring for the land, tending to animals, and growing organic vegetables together.

Healing Philosophy

The Centre’s approach blends ancient Eastern practices — such as Traditional Chinese Medicine, energy work, meditation, and Tai Chi — with modern wellness technologies. This combination has helped many people experience profound healing, from restoring vitality to witnessing remarkable recovery stories in the local community.

From one-day mindfulness immersions to three-day wellness programs and seven-day deep transformation retreats, the Centre provides a space for:
